Appointt allows customers to configure their own data fields. This means that customers are responsible for what personal data they store on the platform and how they use it. Appointt acts as a data processor in accordance with the GDPR and ensures that all data processing activities comply with applicable data protection laws.
Security and Data Protection
Appointt places the highest priority on security and protecting your data. We employ technical and organizational measures such as SSL encryption and firewalls to ensure data security. These measures are supported by a differentiated access control system to prevent unauthorized access. Regular security audits and penetration tests further ensure a high level of security.

Purpose Limitation and Data Processing
We use your data to enable you to use our platform and to provide you with relevant information and notifications. Your data will not be sold to third parties for advertising purposes. External service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., hosting providers) only access your data to perform their services for us and are contractually bound to process the data solely in accordance with our instructions and applicable data protection laws.
