Delete your Appointt account

This page applies to the Appointt app (Phinesoft GmbH). It explains how to request the deletion of your account and your data.

Request it in the app

Open the Appointt app, tap your profile picture in the top left and choose Delete account. Once you confirm, your account is marked for deletion and you are signed out.

Request it without the app

You do not need the app to have your account deleted. Just email us from the address you signed up with at hello@appointt.net using the subject “Delete account”. We will review the request and get back to you.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes:

• your profile (name, email address, profile picture)
• your memberships in workspaces
• the appointments, comments and attachments you created
• your notifications and push registrations

Content created by other people in a shared workspace stays in place — it does not belong to your account.

What we have to keep

Where we are legally required to retain data — for example commercial and tax records such as invoice data — that data is blocked instead of deleted for the length of the statutory retention period, and removed afterwards.

How long it takes

We process your request without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days of receiving it. You can keep signing in until your account is deleted.
